you are taken to the note at the bottom of the page. I was unable to scroll (using my mouse scroll wheel) back up beyond the note section. When I click the Jump Up button next to the note, the view does jump up, but not all the way up and again, I can't scroll all the way to the top. Win10 & Chrome.
