Devacandra

Devacandra was an Indian paṇḍita who traveled to Samye in the Tibetan Empire to participate in translations, during the reign of Trisong Detsen in the sixth century AD. Together with Jinamitra and Jñānagarbha, he translated the Mahāyāna mahāparanirvāṇa sūtra from Sanskrit into Tibetan. (Source Accessed Aug 19, 2020)
